Upon entering a server, you have up to 4 minutes before the actual game begins. In this time, you can choose your kit (read more about "Kits" below), construct a team (read more about "Teams" below), or simply relax and wait.
Once the game begins all of the players will be dropped in the same spot and be given 2 minutes before the fighting begins.
- Until the 2 minutes are up, everyone is invincible. This includes fall damage, damage from mobs, drowning, fire damage and of course damage from other players.
- The spawn (starting location) is random each match but everyone has the same spawn.
TIP Some starting areas are in the middle of the ocean! Certain kits such as the Pirate or Poseidon would be helpful in circumstances such as these (details on kits below)
-World Borders-
The world is not limitless in these servers. There are "World Borders" put into each match to prevent players from wondering off too far from each other.
- Each game lasts for one hour or until there is one survivor left.
- You will know you have hit the World Border when it informs you in the chat log and you will be bounced backwards once walked into.
Rules:
- DO NOT CHEAT - This includes any hacked client, flying, X-ray, forcefield...etc
- DO NOT advertise - This includes advertising for other servers, websites or any other services
- DO NOT spam the chat log
- DO NOT type full sentences in CAPS
- Be nice to others and respect the Moderators and the Admins
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in a ban from all 5 servers.
VIP:
Some player names appear in blue text. This means that they donated to help fund the servers. As a way of saying thank you for donating, you will receive VIP status.
The benefits of being a VIP member are:
- Access to more kits
- If a server lobby is full, you will replace another player who is not VIP while entering

WINNER So you just won a match? Congrats! Each time you win, you get the choice to pick the Victor kit
The Victor Kit includes: A full set of Gold Armor with Durability I + Stone Sword + Stone Pickaxe + Stone Axe + Bow + 6 Arrows + 4 pieces of Bread + 20 Wood blocks + 10 Torches + Map + Furnace + 1 Diamond
TIP Every Kit comes with a Compass! The compass points towards the nearest player. Left click while holding the compass to see who is closest to you.
Winning & Losing:
If you die, you will not respawn. You are then brought out of the server but you are welcome to join again once it is over. Or you can join another that is not in progress.
If you win, the game will end and you will be notified that you are victorious. Once you join the the next game, your username will be in yellow font and you will have access to a VIP kit for one game if you are not already a VIP. Or you can have access to the new Victor Kit as mentioned above.
Teams:
Even though this is a Free-For-All / Last Man Standing type of game mode, some people tend to make alliances. There are no official teams or factions. But feel free to team up with who ever you desire, but keep these couple things in mind:
- This is Last Man Standing after all. So even if you and your partner were the last to survive, only one can win. Therefore you will have to end up fighting eventually anyway.
- Nobody can be trusted. Unless you personally know your team member(s), you may or may not be back stabbed.
Strategies:
These are some strategies to keep in mind while playing:
It is common for people to immediately start chopping down trees to gather wood. This is a good idea to get resources quickly, but many who do this die first. Rather then running towards the nearest tree, look for pigs, cows and chickens. You NEED food and if you waste time cutting down trees, others will kill the animals before you can get to them and it can make it more difficult for you to find food. Remember, there are plenty more trees then animals. Similar to the previous strategy; it's a good idea to get as far away from everyone in the first 2 minutes of the game. This is because many of those who stay around the spawn gathering wood get killed first because they are so close to everyone. So instead of trying to quickly get wood, take your time and find an area away from everyone and then proceed to get wood and other resources. Playing aggressively is fun, but not without the right equipment. Before going on a killing spree make sure you have the right stuff with you. Here is a small list of things that are recommended to have on you prior to fighting:- Iron or Diamond sword
- Iron or Diamond armor
- Iron or Diamond pickaxe and shovel
- Cooked Food (at least 3 pieces)
- Torches
- A stack of blocks (Cobble Stone & Wood)
- Bow and Arrows
You can use a stack of blocks such as wood in case you need to make a work bench. The blocks can also help you get up to high places if you need to.
Diamond would obviously be more preferable to have than iron, but it may take too long to find enough diamond for full armor and a sword. So it is acceptable if you get a full set of iron armor and iron tools. Otherwise you might be wasting time trying to find diamond.
If you have enough resources and time, you can even build a small fortress. It can be helpful for defense and protection from mobs at night. Whether it is a tower for archery or a trap infested labyrinth. A good idea is picking the Demo kit which starts you with some TNT. Get enough redstone and you can make a deadly trap! You can get wolf companions to aid you in battle. Not everyone can be a trusted ally, but if you get enough bones to tame a wolf you can have a faithful companion. Or for an easy head start, pick the Bone Master kit and you start off with a wolf spawn egg and some bones. Get some Flint & Steel and you can set your foes to flames. Sometimes you may find someone with a fort built out of wood, or someone camping on top of a tree. With Flint & Steel you can flush them out with fire. Or start with the Pyro kit and begin the game with Flint & Steel and some Fire Charges. Just be careful to not set yourself on fire! Acquiring a Fishing Rod is a good idea if you can't find food elsewhere. Also, the Fisherman kit starts with a fishing rod so you can start fishing right off the bat. Just be sure no one is around while your vulnerable. Get yours hands on a few buckets and then find a pit of lava. Fill your buckets up with lava and surprise your enemies if they get close to you by pouring lava on them! Or flood someones mine with lava. It is probably wise to carry a bucket of water on you just in case you catch on fire by getting too close. Here's a really simple idea to try out. If you go into the options menu, you will see a slider to change FOV. This stands for Field of View. The further you push the slider to the right, the easier it will be to see things in your peripheral vision. It may take some getting use to since it makes the screen look like as if you're looking through a bubble. If you have trouble getting adjusted, just gradually move the slider to the right so you get use to it. Then eventually you can leave it on Quake Pro and have an advantage. TIP Sometimes random treasure chests will spawn! When a chest spawns, players are notified with coordinates in the chat log.

A: You are most likely in the the Intermission point of the game (the 4 minutes of down time prior to the start of the game). You will be able to destroy blocks once the game begins.

A: The starting location of each game is completely random. There is usually some land nearby that you can swim to.
