by I'm imposing a 3 strikes rule for peaceful factions, for members caught in PVP arena. The rules are straight, no peaceful factions in the PVP arena, and now if one of your members is caught, its a strike against the entire faction. If you get three strikes in total, your faction loses its peaceful status and a 24 hour probation before being allowed to pay for peaceful status again.

I'm pretty sure it means the actual arena, the spectator booth should still be fine
